I am part of the research team (Psychology) at Zayed University and a founder of Matters LLC – a coaching center where we focus on three main areas:

In the coaching process, you can expect a collaborative and supportive relationship with your coach. At the beginning of each session we agree on a goal and work on what matters to YOU. You initiate the agenda and the desired outcome. Using your own thoughts and reflection, I get you to insights through a productive thinking system, assessments, and exercises. This will increase your self-awareness, help to set meaningful goals, develop action plans. I will hold you motivated, accountable to help you achieve your desired results.
Typically my clients get to a breakthrough in 15 minutes. However, some of my clients prefer to explore several goals. I set my coaching sessions to max. 45 minutes, to avoid overload of your brain. 30 minutes of coaching is enough to keep your creative thinking areas of the brain stay activated during 3 months.
Before starting a coaching program, we will agree on a clear end goal that YOU want to achieve and agree on a schedule that fits us both. Ideally, to have weekly or biweekly sessions. In between coaching sessions you will have worksheets with coaching exercises as a part of the coaching program. Each coaching session will be 15-45 minutes.
Counselling and therapy – is focused on your emotional and physiological state, to bring you to a resourceful state. It explores your past in details.
Coaching – is focused on clear goals, future, solutions, actions and sees you as a resourceful individual. It is a tool to get you fast and smooth from point A to point B, using YOUR own thoughts and experiences. YOU choose your goals and actions. Coach is using questions to stimulate insights, challenge your motivations, biases in order to think beyond your current thinking and get to your true self. Coach also mirrors your thoughts and shares observations about your patterns and energy shifts.
Mentoring – guiding you to your goals using mentor’s knowledge and experience, pointing direction and actions you should take. Mentor shares his or her own experience and feedback on your progress.
When tailoring my coaching programs, I take into consideration my personal and professional experience, going through success and failures. Additionally, I have my own coach and a mentor. I continuously study and test various tools, approaches, techniques, assessments. I collaborate with other coaches to learn from others. Finally, I leverage my knowledge in psychology, cognitive behaviour therapy, and continue study cognitive neuroscience.
