I've spent 12 years working with leaders across the UAE — from federal institutions and universities to global real estate firms and tech startups. I know what pressure looks like at your level. And I know that the hardest part of leadership is rarely the strategy.

I'm an ICF-accredited coach, a certified EQ-i 2.0 / 360 assessor (MHS), a Cultural Intelligence assessor, and a certified Military Psychology Consultant. I'm currently completing a Master's in Psychology at Harvard Extension School. I've delivered over 700 hours of coaching across 8 industries.

I’m based outside the UAE. Can we work together? +

Yes. Sessions are available online globally. I work with leaders across Europe, Asia, and the Gulf. The EQ-i 2.0 assessment is delivered digitally and debriefed via video call.

How long does a programme typically take? +

The individual assessment and debrief takes one session. The 90-Day Leadership Edge runs over three months with bi-weekly sessions. Corporate programmes are scoped to your organisation’s needs and timeline.
